Patient Access to their GP record

All practices are required to promote and offer the facility for patients to view online, export or print any summary information from their records relating to medications, allergies, adverse reactions and any other items agreed between the contractor and patient.

East Cowes Medical Centre will be putting this in place as soon as it is able after 1 April 2014 and as required, by 30 September 2014, publicise its plans to enable it to achieve that requirement by no later than 31 March 2015.
